The Ukrainian market continues to be of interest for foreign manufacturers. This is evidenced by the tension that arose between two Chinese retailers Miniso and Usupso. They decided to fight for their Ukrainian clients court.
The Miniso chain of stores, which appeared in Ukraine earlier, accuses Usupso of infringing intellectual property rights, referring to visual similarities in the design of signs and store names.
Will Miniso be able to defend its rights in this dispute? "Situation is not so clear, and to take the side of any company is not so simple," - commented Anastasia Kazankina, lawyer of Doubinsky & Osharova.
