Human life and unity around the general evil are the most important values in times of the ordeal of the war Ukraine is going through because of Russian aggression.
Mykola Pototsky, counsel of Doubinsky & Osharova, President of Charity fund “NAPA”, gave an interview to Yurydychna Praktyka newspaper, in which he spoke about the foundation's initiatives to support the IP community, the current state of the IP practice, the role of innovation in the future of Ukraine.
Mykola emphasized that:
✅ the purpose of the charitable foundation is social and humanitarian assistance to NAPA members;
✅ within the framework of the fund, housing, medical and educational programs have been created aimed at supporting NAPA members;
✅ The Business-Up program is a look into the future, and it provides the involvement of patent attorneys in the development of innovative businesses, because economic recovery is not possible without business based on innovation;
✅ current developments that take place in the IP sphere indicate that the investor continues to choose Ukraine as a promising jurisdiction for doing business.
