On February 6, 2023, an online meeting of representatives of the National Association of Patent Attorneys of Ukraine (NAPA) with the President of the International Trademark Association (INTA) Jomarie Fredericks and Executive Director Etienne Sanz de Acedo was held. Michael Doubinsky, the managing partner of Doubinsky and Osharova and the Сhairman of the Supervisory Board of NAPA, took part in the meeting.
During the discussion, the parties agreed on important further areas of cooperation between NAPA and INTA to disseminate information about the situation in Ukraine, about the functioning of the intellectual property sphere in war conditions and for the purpose of strengthening support and increasing the attention of the IP community of INTA and the whole world to Ukraine as a strong state with a wide range of opportunities.
