The Bolar exemption and the recently adopted draft law No. 2429 – is there something in common between them?
The Bolar exemption is widespread in the laws of many of Western countries. It permits companies to file an application for obtaining of marketing authorization for a generic medicinal product prior to expiry of a patent for an original medicinal product.
So, will this mechanism be introduced into the Ukrainian legislation?
