According to the global survey World Trademark Review 1000: the World's Leading Trademark Professionals 2023, traditionally, Doubinsky & Osharova is in the "golden league" of national IP boutiques and law firms practicing in the field of intellectual property.
The survey noted that clients appreciate the fast, detailed, and highly professionally competent of the Doubinsky & Osharova team, which creates bespoke strategies befitting of clients’ unique business needs.
In 2023 five partners of Doubinsky & Osharova were again included in the individual rating of WTR 1000.
Co-founders Michael Doubinsky and Irina Osharova were included in the "golden league" of the best specialists in trademark practice.
The publication noted that managing partner Michael Doubinsky is one of the most experienced litigants in trademark cases, who has done much to shape the national IP regime; while partner Irina Osharova "has a quarter-century of practice behind her and ranks among the most creative IP portfolio managers in the jurisdiction".
Partners Tatyana Shpakovych and Victoria Sopilnyak entered the "silver league" of the rating and were described as talented specialists.
It is noted that clients value Tetiana Shpakovych for her innovative approach to trademark prosecution, and Victoria Sopilnyak "is the first port of call for myriad life sciences and pharmaceutical players”.
Partner Anton Koval is among the specialists of the "bronze league". The publication calls him as "ace who has brought the heat in trademark, copyright, antitrust, and unfair competition suits for the best part of 20 years".
