Attorney at law Yana Yaroshevska became the author of the article "Data Protection Authority in Ukraine: highlights of the draft law" for the 5th edition of The Legal Industry Reviews Ukraine.
In Yana's article, she analyzes the draft law "On the National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data and Access to Public Information" No. 6177 of October 18, 2021, the functions and powers that will be assigned to the body, as well as a list of controversial points that could potentially hinder the effective performance of functions body.
