IP UKRAINE NOW 2025

On October 31, one of the key events for the Ukrainian IP community — IP Ukraine NOW 2025, organised by the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA), took place.

The event traditionally brought together leading experts, business representatives, government officials, and members of the legal community to discuss current trends and challenges in the field of intellectual property.

Doubinsky & Osharova acted as one of the general partners of the conference, reaffirming its consistent support for the development of the professional community and the strengthening of IP rights protection practices in Ukraine.

Partner Victoria Sopilnyak co-moderated the fourth session, “IP Protection in Action: Judicial and Administrative Tools.”

During the discussion, participants considered the effectiveness of judicial and administrative mechanisms for protecting IP rights, current approaches to dispute resolution, and emerging trends in enforcement practices. Particular attention was given to the challenges faced by rights holders under martial law and amid rapid market changes.
