Anastasia Kazankina, Counsel at Doubinsky & Osharova and attorney at law Yana Yaroshevska became co-authors of the article "Upcoming GDPR-like legislation on personal data protection: Brief overview" for the 4th edition of Legal Industry Reviews Ukraine.
In the article, Anastasia and Yana analyzed the draft law "On the protection of personal data" No. 8153, which contains GDPR-like features, and discussed the expected changes in regulating personal data processing.
