Yana Yaroshevska and Olga Sopilniak, attorneys at Doubinsky and Osharova, became co-authors of the article "Judicial Practice: Unlocking Solutions to Legislative Gaps in Data Protection " for the 6th edition of Legal Industry Reviews Ukraine.
In the article, Yana and Olga analyze the judicial practice developed in Ukraine in data protection and conclude that despite certain gaps in Ukrainian legislation, judicial practice plays a key role in protecting citizens' rights and ensuring a balance between access to information and data protection.
