On September 16, Victoria Sopilnyak, a partner at Doubinsky & Osharova, spoke at the webinar "Legal Regulation of Medicinal Products in Ukraine: Intellectual Property Law Aspect" as part of the "Medical Law 5.0" course organized by Business Consulting Academy (BCA).
During the webinar, Victoria spoke about:

In addition to the theoretical part, Victoria illustrated her explanations with examples from real court cases, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with the practical aspects of legal protection for medicinal goods.
