Development of IP Court Practice in Times of War

Over the past two years, the Ukrainian IP sphere has undergone significant changes that have affected the judicial protection of intellectual property rights. This applies to both legislative and institutional changes.

The introduction of martial law, the status of a candidate for membership in the European Union, as well as other key events, were reflected in court decisions.
