The VII IT Law Conference organised by the Ukrainian Bar Association took place on 11 April. This year, participants discussed a number of topical issues in the field of IT, ranging from artificial intelligence and corporate security to the structuring of the IT sector in Ukraine and abroad, as well as opportunities and challenges for lawyers in the future.
Anastasia Kazankina, Counsel and Attorney at Law at Doubinsky & Osharova, spoke at the IV session of the conference entitled "Lawyer of the Future: Challenges and Opportunities". During her presentation, she informed the audience about the landmark decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union on the application of the GDPR.
