On November 25, 2020, one of the most significant events in the field of intellectual property in Ukraine took place - the VII International Forum on Intellectual Property (IPF - 2020).
Michael Doubinsky, Managing Partner of Doubinsky & Osharova, moderated Session 1, which was devoted to discussion of Ukraine's place on the IP map of the world.
The idea of the session was to present a 360° overview of the situation in the field of protection of intellectual property rights in Ukraine:
