Victoria Sopilnyak, partner at Doubinsky & Osharova, spoke at a session dedicated to the judicial regulation of IP disputes, as part of the event "IP Practice: a Forum that has never existed", organized by the National Association of Patent Attorneys of Ukraine.
In her report, Victoria outlined the key trends in the field of IP disputes in Ukraine, drew attention to new approaches used by the courts during their consideration, and touched on the issues related to the so-called "Soviet" objects of intellectual property law.
In addition, she spoke in detail about tools that can be useful at various stages of the legal process in IP cases.
