Peculiarities of сoncluding an inheritance contract regarding the transfer of intellectual property rights

A new issue of Liga Zakon features an article by Doubinsky & Osharova’s attorney Valeriya Sokolova, dedicated to an important yet underexplored aspect of civil law — the transfer of intellectual property rights under an inheritance contract.

In the publication, the author analyses the legal nature of inheritance contracts, their differences from wills, and the practical nuances of including intellectual property rights as part of such agreements. The material is based on current Ukrainian legislation and recent court practice.
