Anton Koval, partner of Doubinsky & Osharova, has been appointed as a member of the Famous and Well-Known Marks INTA’s Committee for the 2024-2025 term.
The committee's work is directed at monitoring and analyzing developments in treaties, cases, legislation, and regulation in various jurisdictions, and preparing further proposed policy recommendations.
Furthermore, Anton has extensive practical experience in recognizing trademarks as well-known in Ukraine - about 20 trademarks of the largest international and national companies have received the status of well-known in Ukraine.
