Anton Koval, a partner of Doubinsky and Osharova, has been reappointed to the Enforcement Committee of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) from 2024 to 2027.
The committee's objective is to monitor, comment on, and offer advice to AIPPI regarding policies, legal frameworks, and decisions related to the enforcement of intellectual property rights, including those of courts, as well as any other relevant judicial, administrative, or regulatory body in the field.
