Doubinsky & Osharova successfully represented a large Japanese corporation in a trademark protection case before the Board of Appeals

Doubinsky & Osharova successfully represented a large Japanese corporation in a trademark protection case before the Board of Appeals.

Based on the effective protection strategy, it was possible to prevent the registration of a trademark filed in bad faith, which copied not only the name, but also the design of a well-known brand.

Additionally, their efforts allowed for the expansion of the Japanese corporation's trademark portfolio registered in Ukraine, helping to prevent dilution and maintain the brand's uniqueness.

Patent attorney Oksana Pogrebna worked on the case under the guidance of senior partner Tatyana Shpakovich.
