On October 31, one of the key events for the Ukrainian IP community — IP Ukraine NOW 2025, organised by the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA), took place.

The event traditionally brought together leading experts, business representatives, government officials, and members of the legal community to discuss current trends and challenges in the field of intellectual property.

During the official opening of IP UKRAINE NOW 2025, the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) posthumously honoured Iryna Osharova, co-founder of Doubinsky & Osharova, with the Award “For a Significant Contribution to the Development of Intellectual Property”.

Managing Partner of Doubinsky & Osharova, Michael Doubinsky, has been included in the list of Global Leaders in the prestigious international ranking IAM Patent 2026.

Michael Doubinsky, managing partner at Doubinsky & Osharova, has been appointed as a Member of the Membership Committee of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).

Doubinsky & Osharova has been included in the Top 10 Law Firms according to the The Trademark Lawyer Magazine Law Firm Rankings 2025.

This past weekend, Kyiv hosted the annual Legal Run 5.0 “Race for Justice”, a charity run that traditionally brings together members of the legal community for a good cause.

Nine specialists of Doubinsky & Osharova have successfully passed the qualification exam and obtained the status of Patent Attorneys in Ukraine — once again proving their deep expertise, extensive experience, and dedication to the profession in the field of intellectual property.

Doubinsky & Osharova successfully represented and ensured the interests of a Ukrainian pharmaceutical company in obtaining a Unitary Patent, which provides protection across multiple European countries.

Four representatives of Doubinsky & Osharova have been appointed to the International Trademark Association (INTA) committees for the 2026–2027 term.
