On November 14, the Intellectual Property Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) hosted the roundtable discussion "Interesting Insights into Judicial Practice in IP Cases."

One of the event's key speakers was Victoria Sopilnyak, a partner at Doubinsky and Osharova, who delivered a presentation on "The Right of a Charitable Organization to Invalidate a Patented Invention."
