The winners of the Global IP Awards 2020, which recognise law and attorney firm excellence in the fields of trademark and patent work, have been recently announced in London. Doubinsky & Osharova won the IP Firm of the Year in Ukraine award.

On BEPS Actions, in particular Acton 5 (Harmful Tax Practices), impact on the further use of IP Box modes by the Ukrainian companies read in the article of Tatyana Shpakovich, Senior partner of Doubinsky & Osharova, and Irina Serdyuk, Patent attorney of Doubinsky & Osharova, for Yuridicheskaya Praktika.

In December 2019, Doubinsky & Osharova and Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) signed a memorandum of cooperation for their projects DO Innovations and Start Business Challenge.

Doubinsky and Osharova is recognized as the law firm № 1 for Intellectual Property in Ukraine according to the ‘Practices leaders’ ranking.

On December 13th, 2019, the International Forum of the Legal Services Promotion was held.
